Dublin Bridges is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization whose purpose is to spread kindness in the Dublin City School District community. Bridges uses advocates in the community to identify needs and then puts those needs out to the community by utilizing technology and social media. Generous members of the community then offer to meet those needs. #KindnessIsCool
In 2018 and 2019, we are proud to announce the OCO Foundation has been able to fill the following needs for children in Dublin and surrounding neighborhoods:
- Assist a high school student with their Ohio State University deposit
- Cover a wrestling fee for two elementary school students to participate
- Assist a student in need of athletic uniforms
- Cover a child’s medical bill
- Assist with youth tennis equipment at Wright Elementary
- Assist with medical related traveling expenses for a child with Cerebral Palsy
In 2019, we also became a member of Dublin Bridge’s Kindness Council which serves to ensure 100% of all donations made to Dublin Bridges go to serve Dublin Children and Families. It enables Dublin Bridges to strengthen their organization by engaging more donors, businesses, and service organizations and maintains administrative expenses at 15% or below.
